    摘要: A rectifier of an AC generator for a vehicle in which electrical and mechanical coupling of a positive electrode side heat sink and an output terminal member can be made more reliably. The invention comprises an AC generator having a stator and a rotor supported by a frame, positive-electrode-side and negative-electrode-side heat sinks disposed in the frame and supporting positive-electrode-side and negative-electrode-side elements for rectifying AC output of the AC generator, and an output terminal member exposed to the outside of the frame while penetrating the positive-electrode-side and negative-electrode-side heat sinks and coupled electrically and mechanically with the positive-electrode-side heat sink, wherein a coupling part forming member, composed of a material having a linear expansion coefficient equal to that of the output terminal member, a material having a thermal conductivity better than that of the positive-electrode-side heat sink, or a material exhibiting ionization tendency higher than that of the positive-electrode-side heat sink, is provided at the coupling part of the positive-electrode-side heat sink and the output terminal member.

    摘要: An alternator according to the present invention includes: a shaft; a rotor that is fixed to the shaft; a stator that has a stator core that is disposed so as to surround an outer circumference of the rotor and in which a plurality of slots that extend axially are formed so as to be spaced apart circumferentially; and a front bracket and a rear bracket that hold circumferential edge portions of the stator core from two axial ends using a plurality of holding means and that envelope the stator core, a pair of first stays that are formed on the front bracket being fixed to a vehicle by bolts that penetrate through a pair of penetrating apertures that are respectively formed on the first stays, and the pair of penetrating apertures are formed at positions such that an approximate perpendicular bisector of a straight line that connects centers of the penetrating apertures intersects an axis of the shaft; and one of the holding means is disposed on the perpendicular bisector near the shaft. This configuration can prevent generation of magnetic noise without increasing weight in the brackets, in other words, without increasing overall weight.

    摘要: The present invention provides a dynamoelectric machine that suppresses the occurrence of insulation failure that accompanies oxidation of a stator core without lowering output, and that also suppresses stator temperature increases by transferring heat that is generated in a stator coil efficiently to a frame. A stator core is configured by laminating and integrating thin magnetic plates, and has an outer circumferential surface that has a cylindrical surface, and receiving grooves are formed on inner circumferences of openings of frames. The receiving grooves are constituted by: an annular axial surface that is constituted by a flat surface that is perpendicular to a central axis of the stator core; and a radial surface that is constituted by a cylindrical surface that is centered around the central axis. Metal surfaces of the thin magnetic plates at two axial ends of the stator core are held between each of the axial surfaces of the pair of frames in a state of close contact around an entire circumference.

    摘要: The present invention provides a dynamoelectric machine that can reduce 12f vibrational force and suppress generation of irritating electromagnetic noise in a vicinity of 2,000 Hz in an idling state. In the present invention, an armature winding includes first and second three-phase windings, the first three-phase winding is configured by delta-connecting respective phase windings, and the second three-phase winding is configured so as to be Y-connected to the first three-phase winding by connecting respective phase windings in series to respective output ends of the first three-phase winding. The first and second three-phase windings are each installed in the stator core such that respective phase currents have a phase difference from each other. In addition, central angles of adjacent slot opening portions of the stator have a nonuniform pitch, and a turn ratio between the first three-phase winding and the second three-phase winding is within a range of 1.25 to 2.25.
