A novel phosphatic/potash compound fertilizer and a method of producing the same are provided for improving the solubility of phosphate components contained in an incinerated ash residue of chicken droppings for efficient utilization of the ash residue, with the alkalis of the lime component origin being neutralized. Thus, at least one powder selected from among a basic potassium compound powder and a water-granulated blast furnace slag powder is admixed with an incinerated ash residue of chicken droppings, a mineral acid is added to the mixture and reactions are allowed to proceed to maintain the reaction system at a high temperature by utilizing the heat of neutralization generated by the reaction between the basic potassium compound and/or water-granulated blast furnace slag powder and the mineral acid thereby convert hardly soluble phosphatic components contained in the incinerated chicken dropping ash residue to effective components improved in solubility, while maintaining the reaction mixture at about neutrality or weak acidity

It is an object of the present invention to provide a dust-control agent easily applicable to any kinds of dusty powder and a method for dust-control treatment of a dusty powder. The dust-control agent of the present invention comprises a mixture of fibrillatable polytetrafluoroethylene and a material in a state of solid grain or powder selected out of a pair of two kinds of materials which interact each other to make an exothermic reaction. The method for dust-control treatment of a dusty powder of the present invention comprises blending the dusty powder, fibrillatable polytetrafluoroethylene and a pair of two kinds of materials which interact each other to make an exothermic reaction, and giving the blended materials a compression-shear at an elevated temperature caused by the exothermic reaction between the pair of two kinds of materials to fibrillate the fibrillatable polytetrafluoroethylene and enclose the dusty powder. The dusty powder can be dust-controlled being enclosed with cobweb like ultra fine polytetrafluoroethylene fibrils without any external heat energy because the heat generated by an exothermic reaction between the pair of two kinds of materials which interact each other to make an exothermic reaction elevates the temperature to a degree to promote the fibrillation of polytetrafluoroethylene.

In an aqueous solution containing glucose and an organic acid, calcium hydroxide or a substance capable of forming calcium hydroxide upon hydration in an aqueous solution is dissolved. The amount of glucose is from 15 to 40 wt.% and that of the organic acid is from 3 to less than 20 wt.%, based on the water.
