摘要： The present invention provides methods for screening modulators of 2 polyprenyl-3-methyl-6-methoxy-1,4-benzoquinone (DMQ) hydroxylation activity, inhibitors and activators of the activity, and methods of using such compounds. More particularly, this invention relates to modulators of and UbiF and CLK-1 enzyme activity and methods of identifying same.
