    摘要: An external device (48), charge, system and method for an implantable medical device (16) having therapeutic componentry (28), a secondary coil (34) operatively coupled to the therapeutic componentry (28) and an internal telemetry coil (44). A primary coil (54) is capable of inductively energizing the secondary coil (34) when externally placed in proximity of the secondary coil (34). An external telemetry coil (46) (46) is capable of communicating with the internal telemetry coil (44). Driver circuitry (50) is selectively operatively coupled to the primary coil (54) and to the external telemetry coil (46) (46). The driver circuitry (50) is switchable between (1) driving the primary coil (54) for inductively energizing the secondary coil (34) and (2) driving the external telemetry coil (46) (46) for communicating with the internal telemetry coil (44).
