The aim is to overcome the tolerance problems associated with iron components and pre-assembling the device as a compact unit. To this end, a yoke (28), a magnet core (30), a pole plate (32) and a cut-out blade (68) are secured in a coil body by means of a clamping spring exerting a force so as to be self-adjusting and non-detachable. The coil body (34) has parts (76; 82; 83) exerting a counter-pressure against parts of the housing (12, 14) which correctly position the cut-out blade magnetic drive (16) in relation to its limits of travel (A; B) within the housing (12, 14).
