摘要: An object of the present invention is to improve durability of a pressure vessel for blasting an article to be treated such as hazardous substance or explosive therein. The pressure vessel 10, means for achieving the object, has an external vessel 31 and an internal vessel 32 installed in the external vessel 31. The external vessel 31 has a strength for retaining pressure caused by blasting the article. The internal vessel 32 receives fragments of the treated article 100 to protect the external vessel 31 against the fragments. The internal vessel 32 preferably covers almost entire internal surface of the external vessel 31.

摘要: A method for treating an object by exploding a blasting powder layer formed on the outer surface of the object having a shell of a specified shape. The blasting powder layer has a first blasting powder layer formed on the outer surface of the shell and a second blasting powder layer so formed as to surround the first blasting powder layer. The blasting powder of the second blasting powder layer has a detonation velocity higher than that of the blasting powder of the first blasting powder layer. The second blasting powder layer and the first blasting powder layer are blasted with a time difference by igniting a specified part of the second blasting powder layer. The scattering impact of the shell is relaxed, and the blasting treatment can be carried out at a low cost.

摘要: A blast treatment method for blasting a treatment subject having an outer shell and a chemical agent charged into an interior of the outer shell includes the steps of: disposing an explosive to cover a periphery of the treatment subject; and detonating the explosive from respective end portions of a specific direction toward a predetermined cutting position of the treatment subject between the respective end portions so that detonation waves of the explosive advancing from respective sides of the cutting position collide in the cutting position, wherein, in the step of detonating the explosive, the chemical agent is exposed by cutting the outer shell in the cutting position through detonation of the explosive, and the chemical agent is decomposed using the detonation.

摘要: A blasting treatment method for treating, by blasting, an explosive having a powder and a chemical agent in a closed pressure vessel capable of preventing soot from occurring in the blasting treatment and increasing the decomposing efficiency of the chemical agent. First, a carried chemical bomb (explosive) (100) is put in blasting chamber (pressure vessel) and sealed. Next, after air is exhausted from the blasting chamber (10) by using a vacuum pump (13a) to bring the inside of the chamber into a vacuum state, oxygen corresponding to 15 to 30 vol.% of the oxygen contained in the atmosphere is fed from a filler (12) into the blasting chamber (10). Then, the chemical bomb (100) is ignited by an unshown ignition device for the blasting treatment.

摘要: Provided are a blast treatment method and an apparatus, which can perform the blast treatment of a treatment subject by using and securely initiating a blasting explosive having fluidity. The blast treatment method of the invention includes: a blasting preparation step of housing a blasting explosive 30 having fluidity in a container 20 and placing the blasting explosive 30 around a treatment subject 10 as well as attaching a initiation device 50 to the container 10; a housing step of housing the container 20, the blasting explosive 30, and the treatment subject 10 in a chamber 60; a decompression step of decompressing the inside of the chamber 60; and a blasting step of initiating the blasting explosive 30 and blasting the treatment subject 10 with the blasting explosive 30. In the decompression step, the inside of the chamber 60 is decompressed while a gas vent portion 26 regulates the escape of the blasting explosive 30 to the outside of the container 20 and permits the escape of gases in the container 20 to the outside.
