摘要： An engine control apparatus (30) includes a lever member (27), an input shaft (50), a potentiometer (51), an output gear (61), a motor (70), a shift arm (85), a reduction gear mechanism (110), and a force transmission mechanism (120). The force transmission mechanism (120) includes a damper unit (121). When the lever member (27) moves in a first direction or a second direction, the motor (70) rotates based on an output of the potentiometer (51). The rotation of the motor (70) is transmitted to the shift arm (85) via the reduction gear mechanism (110). This moves the shift arm (85) to a forward-side shift positon or a backward-side shift position. When the lever member (27) is located within a predetermined angle from the neutral position, the damper unit (121) deforms in a state where the output gear (61) stops. This allows the rotation of the input axis (50).
