A method for producing a metal-resin composite sealed container, comprising forming a container by heat sealing end parts of metal foils having laminated on at least one surface thereof a heat-sealing resin, and forming a metallically sealed part with a weld bead on the end faces of the metal foils by heating/welding an outer side of the heat sealed part of the container from a side of the end faces of the metal foils.
