摘要: A package structure and its related electricity supply system are disclosed. Two substrates of the package structure are directly or indirectly served as current collectors of the electricity supply system. The sealing frame of the package structure is made of several silicone layers having high moisture-resistance and/or high gas-resistance. Hence, the package structure mentioned may not only provide a novel electrical conduction module to lower the intrinsic impedance of the electricity supply system itself but prevent the moisture and the gas outward from the electricity supply unit inside the package structure as well. Consequently, the electrical performance and safety of the electricity supply system are both improved.

摘要: To provide a fastening structure including an insulation member disposed between a fastening member and a fastened member, and having a configuration wherein the insulation member is in close contact with the fastening member and the fastened member so that an adequate sealing area is secured. According to one embodiment of the present invention for achieving the above object, a fastening structure includes: a case; a fastening member extending through a through hole formed in the case; and an insulation member disposed between the fastening member and the case. The fastening member includes an exposure portion exposed from the case, and a penetrating portion extending through the through hole. The exposure portion includes a confronting surface opposed to an outside surface of the case via the insulation member. A compression region defining a minimum distance between the confronting surface and the outside surface is provided at one location between the confronting surface and the outside surface. A projection projecting toward the outside surface from the confronting surface or projecting toward the confronting surface from the outside surface is disposed at place not overlapping with the compression region.

The sealing part includes a main body area, a first step area and a first transition area; the main body area, the first transition area and the first step area are located on a same side of the electrode lead along a width direction, and the main body area, the first transition area and the first step area are successively arranged along a direction approaching the electrode lead; the insulation part is wrapped around outside of the electrode lead and separates the sealing part from the electrode lead; the insulation part has a first portion, and the first portion is located on a side of the electrode lead close to the main body area along the width direction; the first step area covers the first portion on both sides in a thickness direction. The present application improves the sealing performance of the secondary battery.
