[Solution] A rotary part of a pump 200 is connected to a body member 110. In a state in which the body member 110 has been attached to a main shaft 20 of a machine tool 10, a rotation stopping pin 310 of a rotation stopping device 300 fits in a fitting hole 41 of the machine tool 10 and abuts on a wall surface 41a of the fitting hole 41. Furthermore, the rotation stopping pin 310 and a rotation stopping lever 340 move toward one side in an axial direction against an elastic force of a spring 320, and engagement of the rotation stopping lever 340 with an engagement hole 113 provided in the body member 110 is released. Thus, a support part (a cover 150 and a case 160) is fixed to the machine tool 10, and rotation of the support part around the body member 110 is prevented. Furthermore, rotation of the body member 110 relative to the support part becomes possible. A force detecting sensor 50 outputs a force detection signal indicating a force with which the pin 310 is pressing against the wall surface 41a.-

摘要: A tool holder is provided which is capable of absorbing stress applied to a tool with a simple structure. A stress absorbing mechanism 400 has an elastic part 230 provided in a body 200, a collar 410 arranged on an outer periphery side of the body 200, a support member 420 arranged on an inner periphery side of the body 200, and a position adjusting member 430 threadedly engaged with the support member 420. The elastic part 230 has a plurality of first voids extending along a circumferential direction and a plurality of second voids extending along an axial direction, the first voids and the second voids extend between a body inner peripheral surface 240 and a body outer peripheral surface 250. The collar 410 moves along the axial direction by interlocking with elastic deformation of the elastic part 230 along the axial direction. An O-ring 461 is arranged between a rear end part of the collar 410 and the body outer peripheral surface 250. The support member 420 moves along the axial direction by interlocking with axial movement of a tool 10. An O-ring 462 is arranged between a rear end part of the support member 420 and the body inner peripheral surface 240.

摘要: [Object] Techniques are disclosed for tool holders that non-rotatably hold tools, which can prevent long continuous chips from wrapping around the tool or a workpiece.
[Solution] A tool holder 100 holds a tool 170 in a non-rotatable manner. When an attaching surface 112a of a body part (110, 120, 150) of the tool holder 100 is attached to a tool holder attachment surface of a machine tool, cooling medium supplied from the machine tool is conducted through a first body part passage (114, 124). Furthermore, a rotary member 130 is rotationally driven by a drive mechanism provided in the machine tool. As a result of a rotary part rotating in conjunction with the rotation of the rotary member 130, a pump 200 increases the pressure of the cooling medium suctioned from an inlet part 201 to a pressure corresponding to the rotational speed of the rotary part, and discharges the cooling medium, the pressure of which has been increased, from an outlet part 202. By way of a second body part passage (125, 115), cooling medium discharged from the outlet part 202 is sprayed from a spray hole 161 of a nozzle 160 onto a processed part.
