A channel coding rate applied for the channel coding is controlled per transmission time interval, the hybrid ARQ operation is controlled per the transmission time interval, the frequency block is scheduled in a frequency domain, the scheduling being controlled per frequency block, and a modulation scheme applied for the adaptive data modulation is controlled per the transmission time interval.
