In a connection bolt (1) having a shaft (2) and a base (3), which is arranged at one end of the shaft (2) and is intended to fix the connection bolt (1) to a component, the shaft (2) has an outer face (6) which forms a contact face for fixing a connection element. The outer face (6) of the shaft (2) is surrounded by a protective sleeve (8), which covers the contact face and is capable of moving on the shaft (2) into a position in which the contact face is freely accessible. Associated with the connection bolt (1) is a connection element (12) having a bush (13), which is flexible in a radially sprung manner and has an opening (15) for accommodating the shaft (2) of the connection bolt (1), wherein contact faces are provided in the opening. The connection element (12) and the connection bolt (1) form an electrically conductive coupling apparatus (10) with one another.
