摘要： A rotating shaft of louver blades (4) for shutter assembly interconnected between a louver blade (4) and a frame (3) is provided, which includes a bushing (1) and a shaft (2). A body (11) of the bushing (1) has a through hole (12) and a plurality of slots (15), such that the body (11) can be deformed flexibly. A front section of the shaft (2) is fitted with the through hole (12). After the bushing (1) is combined with the frame (3), the fixing hole (31) is relatively small, which forces the end of the bushing (1) having the slots (15) to be compressed inwards, and after the front section passes through the bushing (1), the flexibly-deformed portion (14) is expanded outwards, such that the bushing (1) can be engaged with the frame (3). Moreover, the flexibly-deformed portion (14) of the bushing (1) generates a clipping force to the front section, such that the shaft (2) and bushing (1) are tightly fitted with each other, thereby making the louver blade be easily rotated and positioned.
