If desired, part 22 of the thermoplastic synthetic resin film may be adapted to remain totally unfoamed.

The foaming of a thermoplastic synthetic resin film (10) is suppressed in that area (24) of the outer surface of said body member (3) which has been coated with said resin component containing paint whereas a foamed heat-insulating layer (11) of the thermoplastic resin film (10) is provided in the other areas of the outer surface of said body member (3).
