摘要： An object of the present invention is to provide a novel modified thermostable DNA polymerase having a reverse transcription activity. According to the present invention, there is provided a DNA polymerase having an activity to catalyze a reverse transcription reaction in the presence of Mg 2+ and comprising an amino acid sequence having an identity of 90% or higher to the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 5 and amino acid substitutions at both positions 744 and 745 with positively charged amino acids.
