    摘要: A conical-projections-sheet packaging body (1) includes a conical-projections sheet (23), a conical-projections forming sheet (7), and a sealing sheet (9). The conical-projections sheet (23) includes a substrate (23a) and a plurality of conical projections (23b) formed on a surface (23c) of the substrate (23a). The conical-projections forming sheet (7) has a plurality of conical-recess parts (33a), which is used to form the plurality of conical projections (23b) and wherein the plurality of conical projections (23b) is disposed. The conical-projections forming sheet (7) protects the conical projections (23b) in a state wherein the plurality of conical projections (23b) is tightly adhered to the surface (23c) of the substrate (23a). The sealing sheet (9), by being fixed to the conical-projections forming sheet (7), seals the conical-projections sheet (23) between the conical-projections forming sheet (7) and the sealing sheet (9).

A needlelike-projection part (52) is formed on the tip surface (51a) of the skin-stretching part (51) having a shape such that the needlelike-projection part (52) sticks into the surface of the stratum corneum and a peak part (52a) of the needlelike-projection part (52) stays inside the stratum corneum (110).
