摘要： The charged images produced by an electrophoretic printing system and developed into toner images using fluid developers are reprinted onto a recording medium (7) in a reprint station. During reprinting, problems occur when the recording medium (7) is not sufficiently wetted with fluid. In order to prevent this, a wetting unit (BE) with a wetting roll (14) adjacent to the recording medium is provided in front of the reprint station (6) as seen in the direction of motion of the recording medium (7), said wetting unit wetting the recording medium with carrier fluid.
