An induced electromotive force occurs in a coil 21 due to a rotating magnetic field, which is generated in accordance with the rotation of the wheel 5 and the permanent magnet 8. This AC electromotive force being rectified by a rectifier circuit 33, the resultant power being accumulated in a capacitor 23, and this voltage being utilized as a power source voltage for a detecting transmitter 9.
