The invention relates to a method of producing an impact-resistant thermoplastic resin which is filled with a carbonaceous or mineral material and which optionally contains an organic impact-modifying agent, with the introduction of a comb polymer into the resin, said polymer having at least one ethylenically-unsaturated monomer with at least one polyalkylene oxide function grafted thereto.
