摘要： An optoelectronic semiconductor component comprises a semiconductor chip (200, 404) having an active side (204) for emitting primary radiation and a contact connection (108) disposed on the active side (204). A luminescence conversion element (210) is mounted on the active side (204). A coupling element (208) is provided between the active side (204) and the luminescence conversion element (210). The invention further describes a method for producing an optoelectronic semiconductor component.
