摘要： The invention provides an apoptosis-associated gene comprising a nucleotide sequence coding for the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:1. This gene can be utilized for the expression and detection of an apoptosis-associated protein and is useful for the diagnosis and pathological elucidation of various apoptosis-associated diseases or the prophylaxis and therapy of apoptosis-associated diseases through induction or inhibition of apoptosis.
