摘要: The invention relates to a combing machine comprising a circular comb (2) and an oscillating gripper device (7), the mouth of which, when swinging backwards, moves away from the circular comb thus reducing the duration and the intensity of combing. In order to counteract this, the distance of the enveloping curve (H) of the tips of the needles (5) of the circular comb from the rotational axis can be increased counter to the rotational direction of said comb. This is achieved by virtue of the fact that the increase in the distance of the mouth of the gripper from said enveloping curve, when swinging backwards, is compensated at least in part and the tuft is combed for a long, intense duration.

摘要: The invention relates to a method and a system for manufacturing core yarns, in which two fiber slivers (19) warped next to one another in a drawing frame (1) are fed to a common ring spinning system (24) after the warping process. With this method, after the warping process, the warped fiber slivers are subjected to pneumatic compacting in a compacting device (8) by being fed via a perforation track through which air is sucked into a suction shoe (10). In order to provide independent variation in the compacting processes to which the two fiber slivers (19) are subjected, and thereby create effects in the resulting core yarn, it is proposed to separate the suction shoe, using a partition (13), into two chambers (14) in which the suction force can be reduced or closed off using flow-control mechanisms.

摘要: The invention relates to a ring spinning frame comprising drawing systems that are provided with several drawing rollers which can be driven at speeds causing predetermined drawings by means of main drawing system drive units. Auxiliary drawing roller drive units are assigned to the drawing rollers at a distance from the main drawing system drive unit. The inventive ring spinning frame is characterized in that drawing rollers (2, 3, 4) are equipped with several auxiliary drawing roller drive units (12) which are distributed along the length of the drawing system (1) and impinge the drawing roller with torque that at least reduces torsion thereof such that torques preventing or at least reducing torsion of drawing rollers can be introduced also between the ends of very long drawing rollers without increasing the division of the ring spinning frame at said points or interrupting the sequence thereof and without having to use synchronous motors.
