    摘要: This switch (SW) is provided with: a switch main body (1) having a movable section (10) configured to be displaced by downward by pressure to bring a movable contact into contact with a fixed contact, the movable section (10) being configured to be displaced upward to release contact between the contacts upon release of the pressure; a button section (2) configured to press an upper surface of the movable section (10) in response to a downward pressing operation; and a support arm (3) in which one of end portions is coupled to the button section (2), and which supports the button section (2). The end of the support arm (3) in the side not coupled to the button section (2) is held at a location in a support surface arranged in the vertical direction such that the support arm (3) is turnable, the location being laterally or obliquely downward with respect to a moving range of an upper surface of the mobile section (10). The bottom surface (2M) of the button section (2) is positioned in an inclined state and separated from the movable section (10) when a downward pressing is not operated to the button section (2). When the downward pressing is operated to the button section (2) and the position of the button (2) is lowered to a position at which the fixed contact and the movable contact of the switch main body (1) are closed, the bottom surface (2M) is in an approximately horizontal state and presses the movable section (10).

In an operation of assembling a sensor, an LD substrate (23) is fixed, thereafter the lens unit (21) is inserted between the triangular columns (121, 122), and matching of optical axes of the lens unit and a laser diode (22) and focus position adjustment are performed. After the adjustment is finished, adhesive resin is injected between the lens unit (21) and each triangular column (121, 122), and the lens unit (21) is fixed by curing the resin. Similarly, in a light receiving section (301), a light receiving unit (32) is fixed, thereafter the lens unit (31) is inserted into a space surrounded by the circular columns (131 to 134), a position and an orientation of the lens unit (31) are adjusted, adhesive resin is injected between the lens unit (31) and each circular column (131 to 134), and the lens unit (31) is fixed by curing the resin.

By doing so, in adhering the light-blocking members to each other by using a light curing adhesive, an adhesion operation can easily and quickly be performed while ensuring sufficient adhesion strength.
