    摘要: A steam generator comprises a water storage chamber 19 which stores water, a steam generating heater 40 which heats water in the water storage chamber 19, a water supply pump 28 which supplies water stored in a water supply tank 29 through a water supply port 37 provided in the water storage chamber 19 and a water supply passage 27, a discharge passage which discharges water formed with a first water discharge passage 25 having a U shape to be convex downward, which is in fluid communication with a discharge port 37 provided in the water storage chamber 19, and a second water discharge passage 35 having an inverted U shape to be convex upward, and configured such that water stored in the water storage chamber 19 is discharged through the discharge port 37 and the water discharge passage 30 according to the theory of a siphon, wherein the first water discharge passage 25 is formed by a nonmetallic material.

    摘要: The present invention provides a cooking apparatus including a base member having a placing face on which food is placed, and a heat generation layer (3) made of a microwave heat generator containing ferrite which absorbs microwave energy and generates heat. The ferrite contains Fe 2 O 3 , MnO, and ZnO, and a ratio by weight of the Fe 2 O 3 to the ZnO lies in a range of 11 to 24. With the configuration, the temperature of the placing face of a grill pan as the cooking apparatus can be increased to predetermined temperature in short time and can be saturated to allowable heat resistant temperature or less of the material of the grill pan. Therefore, improvement in the performance of the grill pan cooking and durability, safety, and reliability can be realized.
