Abstract: It is an objective to appropriately assure a function of limiting use of appliances that cause changes in quantities of gas used, There are provided a flow detection unit 10; a flow computing unit 11; an average flow computing unit 12; a flow storage unit 13 that records an average flow quantity value; a flow change determination unit 14 that determines whether there is a flow change; a flow registration unit 15 that registers a flow quantity corresponding to a flow change or deletes a registered flow quantity close to the flow change when the flow change determination unit 14 has determined an incremental or decremental change; a flow memory unit 16; a flow change correction memory unit 17 that, when the flow change determination unit has determined presence of a change and when only the maximum flow quantity is registered, determines whether or not a sum of registered flow quantities deleted in the past and an average flow fall within a predetermined range; a determination period unit 18 that, when no flow change is determined to have been for a predetermined time period, deletes flow quantities in the flow memory unit and the registered flow quantity, thereby performing re-registration; a monitoring value memory unit 19; an abnormality determination unit 20 that compares the flow quantity value in the flow registration unit with a determination value of the monitoring value memory unit, thereby determining presence or absence of an abnormality; and an operating time correction unit 22 that outputs a re-registration correction signal through use of a determination period unit.

Abstract: An object of the invention is to avoid a gap between the total using amount of gas and the sum of a plurality of change amounts held in a gas cutoff device. The gas cutoff device includes a flow rate detection unit 11, a flow rate calculation unit 12, an increase and decrease calculation unit 13, an increase and decrease determination unit 14, a valve driving unit 15, a valve 16, an increase and decrease correction unit 17, and a constant increase and decrease correction unit 18. The increase and decrease determination unit 14 acquires a corrected change amount 'G' from the increase and decrease unit 17 or the constant increase and decrease correction unit 18 and adopts the amount as a new change amount 'C'. In this way, it is possible to prevent the using time of gas until the gas path is closed from being lengthened.

In a gas shut-off device according to the invention, a flow rate detection unit measures a flow rate, a flow rate calculation unit calculates values of instant flow rates from a detection value, an average flow rate calculation unit obtains an average flow rate from the obtained instant flow rates, a flow rate change decision unit decides the presence or absence of a change in the flow rate based on the obtained average flow rate, a flow rate storage unit stores a value of the obtained average flow rate, an increase flow rate registration unit registers an amount of the flow rate change at the time of increase change decision by the flow rate change decision unit, a decrease flow rate re-registration unit reduces the registered flow rate near an amount of the flow rate change at the time of decrease change decision by the flow rate change decision unit, and re-registers and replaces it with a value of the average flow rate obtained by the average flow rate calculation unit after the reduction of the registered flow rate, and a shut-off unit shuts off the supply of gas when decided as an abnormality by an abnormality decision unit from the registered flow rate and a decision value.
