摘要： A stable amorphous paroxetine hydrochloride composition suitable as atherapeutic agent is prepared employing an aqueous solvent medium containing an acidulant and polyvinylpyrrolidone and drying the resulting solid dispersion. The preferred compositions include amorphous paroxetine hydrochloride, polyvinylpyrrolidone and citric acid.
