摘要: The invention relates to a dosing device for volumetrically dosing pourable dosing material, preferably pourable sample material, comprising at least one metering unit (3) that is open towards the top and that is preferably shaped like a beaker. The opening edge (22) of said metering unit defines an opening cross-section, and at least one dosing blade (24) comprising a blade edge (25) that is associated with the opening cross-section and that is preferably parallel to said section. The metering unit and/or the dosing blade is/are displaceable in order to obtain a lateral relative blade movement between the metering unit (3) and the blade edge (25). The aim of the invention is to improve said dosing device in an advantageous manner such that a longitudinal guide (26), along which the dosing blade (24) can be guidingly displaced in a transversal manner to the opening cross-section (23), is provided and that maintaining means (34) that are suitable for producing and adjusting in a dimensionally adjustable manner the maintaining force (61) acting upon the dosing blade (24) in relation to the longitudinal guide (26). When the forces (60) that are exerted upon the dosing blade (24), after the stripping process, exceed the maintaining force, the dosing blade (24) is displaced back along the longitudinal guide (26).

摘要: The invention relates to a grinding unit (2) for a vibration mill (1), particularly a disk vibration mill, wherein a milling chamber (3) is configured in the grinding unit (2), the chamber being delimited on the side by a grinding wall (4) and comprising a cooling device (38) surrounding the wall. In order to achieve a practical improvement, the cooling device (38) comprises two or more cooling channels (39) abutting the grinding wall (4) from the outside and disposed circumferentially along at least one common circumferential section of the grinding wall (4), wherein adjacent cooling channels (39) are spaced from each other at least circumferentially in section by a circumferentially extending support projection (41). The support projection (41) supports the grinding wall (4) against a housing (11) surrounding it from the outside. The invention further relates to a vibration mill (1), particularly a disk vibration mill, having said grinding unit incorporated.
