摘要： A gas-free system for separating a solution of substantially impurity-free daughter products from an associated parent load solution includes a pump (16), a plurality of multi-port valves (18, 20, 22), separation medium (24) and a processor. An uncoiled conduit (38) extends between a third port of a second multi-port valve (20) and a first multi-port valve (18). A processor is operably coupled to a pump (16), and the plurality of multi-port valves (18, 20, 22). A method for separating a solution of substantially impurity-free daughter product from an associated parent load solution is also disclosed.
