The method of manufacturing briquette coal includes i) providing powdered coal; ii) mixing a powdered cellulose ether compound with the powdered coal and providing a mixture; iii) adding water to the mixture and mixing the mixture with the water; and iv) molding the mixture and providing briquette coal. In the providing of the briquette coal, the amount of cellulose ether compound contained in the briquette coal is 0.7 wt% to 2.0 wt%.

The present invention relates to a method and device for removing dust particles from reducing gas. The method of the present invention comprises a step of providing reducing gas, a step of injecting the reducing gas into a chamber including a sacrificial nozzle therein, and a step of discharging the reducing gas from the chamber. According to the present invention, since low-melting alkali chloride contained in the reducing gas is removed before being blown into a fluidized reducing furnace, the operation rate of the fluidized reducing furnace is improved due to the reduced clogging of the distribution nozzle in the fluidized reducing furnace, and the ore reduction rate is increased and fuel costs are reduced as the temperature of the reducing gas is increased.

The reduction apparatus of the fine iron ore according to the present invention includes: a granulated ore pre-reduction furnace into which the fine iron ore is charged to be pre-reduced by a reduction gas; an ultra-fine ore pre-reduction furnace into which an ultra-fine ore scattered in the granulated ore pre-reduction furnace to be discharged is charged to be pre-reduced; a first magnetic separator separating a gangue component from the ultra-fine ore reduced in the ultra-fine ore pre-reduction furnace and then discharged; at least one intermediate reduction furnace into which the granulated ore reduced in the granulated ore pre-reduction furnace to be discharged and the ultra-fine ore from which the gangue component is separated are charged to be further reduced and thus increase a reduction ratio of the granulated ore and the ultra-fine ore; and a final reduction furnace finally reducing the granulated ore and the ultra-fine ore reduced in the intermediate reduction furnace to be discharged to manufacture a reduced iron.
