    摘要: A device for preparing a high density briquette from culm and/or stem plants, especially for coupling to a tractor, intended for work directly in a field in a processing cycle including picking up a cut vegetable material, densification of it, forming a briquette in the form of an endless roll, cutting it to briquettes of standard lengths, passing and loading produced briquettes onto an associate wheeled means of transportation. The device comprises a pick-up, passing conveyors, a rolling unit comprised of rotary operating rolls, a cut off unit, a loading conveyor, a five-way gear, a power transmission system and a feeder of hydraulic circuits, and a frame. The rolling unit (5) comprises four rotary rolls (24), a rotary initiating mandrel (26), a torque meter (13), a five-way gear, an electronic controller with a set point device (15), an electromagnetic distributor (16), a two-side acting actuator (21). Increase of the range and accuracy of operating parameters' settings, that is the magnitude of the densification degree of a material roll formed by the rolling unit, as a result of application of the torque meter as a source of the signal about the real resistance torque on the gear shaft has been achieved.

    摘要: The machine for harvesting, binding and stacking sheaves of braid wicker, designed for mechanical harvesting on the fields of braid wicker and other high-growing plants. According to the invention the binding units (7) which have a pass-through channel provided with arcuately rounded side vanes (11 ) and (12) and a flat bottom, along which loose wicker rods move till the end of the channel in a close-to-vertical position, whereas one of the side vanes (12) is composed of a fixed part (14) on the input side of the channel and a movable part (15), in which wicker rods are formed into sheaves and bound with each other, and the other end of the movable part (15) provided with a spring (21) and a plate (18) is slidably mounted and moves in the side wall of the channel, till the sheaf reaches a desired width in its middle part, then it connects to the signal transmitter (16), which transmits a signal to an actuator (23) via a control element (17), whereas the drive actuator (23) coupled to the switching mechanism activates the drive shaft of the binding units, for the execution of one rotation of the shaft, with which the drives of knotters (7) together with the drives of the set of needles (8) and with the drive of the wicker sheaf ejectors are associated, one sheaf being bound and then elevated onto the output conveyor (9) during this one rotation, and in the final phase, the binding units (7) are set in their initial position for binding and moving the next wicker sheaf. The invention allows for smoother movement of wicker rods and binding them into sheaves at a given uniform volume, for wicker rods with different cross-sections, for harvest in changing weather conditions and plant vegetation, moreover, the used technical solution allows for accurate positioning of selected settings for the formation of sheaves of a desired volume and higher productivity of the machine while harvesting the wicker is achieved. The use of servos allowed to increase the construction reliability by eliminating quickly worn elements of the mechanical system activating the knotters, by reducing service nuisances, and reduced the noise during machine operation.
