摘要: A microwave treatment device comprises a heating chamber for accommodating a heating target, a microwave generator, a feeder, a detector, and a controller. The microwave generator generates a microwave having a frequency in a specified frequency band. The feeder radiates the microwave inside the heating chamber. The detector detects a reflected microwave power reflected from the heating chamber. The controller causes the microwave generator to execute a frequency sweeping in the specified frequency band. The controller also controls the microwave generator according to a temporal change in a frequency characteristic of the reflected microwave power. The temporal change in the frequency characteristic of the reflected microwave power is based on the frequency of the microwave, a level of the reflected microwave power, and a time passed from a start of heating. In this aspect, it is possible to accurately recognizes the progress of cooking while heating the object. Accordingly, cooking can be finished appropriately.

摘要: In a microwave treatment device according to the present disclosure, a controller selects a plurality of frequencies in a predetermined frequency band and causes a microwave generator to generate microwaves of a selected frequency. The controller causes the amplifier to change the output power level of the microwaves and to thereby supply the microwaves of one of a plurality of output power levels to the heating chamber. The controller measures a reflected wave frequency characteristic based on a radiated power and a reflected power. The controller calculates a linear component and a non-linear component of a power loss consumed by the heating chamber based on the reflected wave frequency characteristic. The controller estimates an amount of absorption power absorbed by a heating target based on the power loss obtained by combining the linear component and the non-linear component.

The microwave generator generates a microwave having an arbitrary frequency in a predetermined frequency band. The amplifier amplifies the microwave and outputs the amplified microwave as incident microwave power. The feeder supplies the incident microwave power to the heating chamber. The detector detects the incident microwave power and reflected microwave power that returns from the heating chamber to the feeder. The storage stores the incident microwave power and the reflected microwave power in association with the frequency of the microwave and time elapsed since the start of heating. The controller causes the microwave generator to execute a frequency sweep over the predetermined frequency band. The controller controls the microwave generator and the amplifier on the basis of the incident microwave power and the reflected microwave power detected during the frequency sweep. According to the present aspect, the heating evenness can be improved.

摘要: The high-frequency treatment device according to one embodiment of the present disclosure includes: a heating chamber that accommodates a heating target; an oscillator; at least one feeder; a detector; and a controller. The oscillator generates high-frequency power having an arbitrary frequency in a predetermined frequency band. At least one feeder supplies incident microwave power based on the high-frequency power to the heating chamber. The detector detects the incident microwave power and reflected microwave power returning from the heating chamber to at least one feeder. The controller causes the oscillator to execute a frequency sweep and measures a reflection characteristic based on the incident microwave power and the reflected microwave power for each heating condition including a frequency. The controller determines, based on a reflection variation range indicating a change in the reflection characteristic for each heating condition, a heating condition to be used next. According to the present aspect, various heating targets can be optimally heated.

Also, the openings 105, 106 are arranged to have an interval of approximate the in-tube wavelength in the propagation direction of the waveguide tube 104, and are symmetrically arranged to a center line which intersects perpendicularly to the propagation direction in the radiation area.
