    摘要： The present invention provides a method and a system for document printing management and control and source tracking. A printing management service program is deployed and run at a server end. A printing monitoring service program is deployed and run at a client end. The printing management service program is responsible for saving client end information, monitoring and managing a client end computer, setting a printing management policy, and delivering an operation instruction to the client end. The printing monitoring service program is responsible for collecting the client end information, sending the client end information to the server end, and executing the operation instruction. The setting the printing management policy comprises authorizing at least one of the model and the name of a client end printer, the type of the printer, the application type, and the confidentiality level of a printed document, and setting a title sensitive word and document source tracking information. Through the present invention, the control on a printing operation of the client end can be enhanced, the flexibility of setting the printing control policy can be increased, and effective document source tracking and content audit means are provided, thereby preventing important paper documents from being printed randomly and being spread illegally.

    摘要： The present invention provides a watermarking image block division method for western language watermarking processing, comprising: performing line and column division on a western language image to obtain multiple character image blocks; recognizing valid character image blocks from the character image blocks; making statistics on sizes of the valid character image blocks to determine whether the western image is a document having a large font size or a document having a small font size; respectively dividing the large-font documents and the small-font documents into groups with different numbers of words; and equally dividing the word groups into multiple portions, said portions corresponding to watermarking image blocks. The present invention also provides a watermarking image block division device for western language watermarking processing. The present invention guarantees the operability of embedding watermarks.

    摘要： The present invention relates to [a copy protection method for documents and belongs to the technical field of security document protection. In the prior art, important documents, especially classified documents, are generally prohibited from copying by their owners due to security. However, the current technology still unable to fundamentally resolve the issue of illegal copying of classified documents. The method of the present invention is to form an authentication shade underneath the original image. By using a program built in a copy apparatus, whether mark is in the document is determined, so the document could be copied legally. The method of the present invention can detect the watermark within a document quickly and accurately so as to fundamentally stop unauthorized copying of copy-protected documents. As a result, the security of the classified documents is improved greatly. Moreover, the method is easy to implement and no extra hardware storage space is needed.
