Provided is a key sheet allowing reliable sliding operation input through accurate coordinate position detection and depressing operation input of satisfactory depression operability through clear click feel. Fixation layers (4) are formed at positions under depressing operation portions (2c), and there are no fixation layers (4) in portions around the depressing operation portions (2c) but gaps (12) are formed. With this construction, it is possible to suppress a depression operation load to a low level at a time of depressing input operation, and, when contact switches (SW) with click feel are depressed, the click feel can be easily transmitted. Further, a surface sheet (2) has movable contact portions (2d) which enter the gaps (12) at a time of sliding input operation and which are displaced so as to be capable of coming into contact with a sensor sheet (3). With this construction, it is possible to sense, in a stable manner, capacitance at an in-plane position of a sliding operation surface of the sensor sheet (3).

Disclosed is a key sheet efficiently diffusing local heat generated by a device mounted on a board. A base sheet (13) of a key sheet (12) is provided with a heat diffusion sheet (6, 23). The heat diffusion sheet (6, 23) is provided with a graphite sheet (7) and a resin film (8a, 8b) and, in some cases, a thin metal plate (22). The base sheet (13) itself thus constitutes the heat diffusion sheet (6), so even if no member for heat diffusion is provided between a board (15) and the key sheet (12), it is possible to diffuse local heat generated by a semiconductor device (15b) in the face direction of the base sheet (13). Thus, with the key sheet (12), it is possible to meet the requirement for heat diffusion to eliminate local heat storage in electronic apparatuses and to meet the requirement for a reduction in the thickness and further in weight of electronic apparatuses.

Provided is an illumination type key sheet which efficiently diffuses local heat generated by a mounted element on a board and which makes an EL member relatively free from generation of unevenness in luminance. An illumination type key sheet (3) is equipped with a graphite sheet (6) which diffuses heat in a surface direction. Thus, if a semiconductor device (11) on a board (4) generates heat, it is possible to prevent local heating of an EL sheet (5) by the graphite sheet (6), making the EL sheet (5) relatively free from generation of unevenness in luminance. At the same time, it is possible to prevent occurrence of problems, such as malfunction and failure, due to heat storage of the semiconductor device (11). As compared with other materials, the graphite sheet (6) exhibits high heat conductivity allows efficient heat diffusion, and is lightweight. Thus, it can meet the demand for a reduction in a weight of portable electronic apparatuses.
