    摘要: Systems and methods are disclosed for automating customer service for a monitored device (MD). A method for an Internet of Everything management device to automate customer service for a monitored device comprises collecting sensor data from a plurality of sensors, wherein the plurality of sensors comprises a first sensor that is not included in the MD, determining whether the MD is exhibiting abnormal behavior based on an analysis of the collected sensor data, and transmitting a report to a customer service entity associated with the MD in response to a determination that the MD is exhibiting abnormal behavior.

    摘要: Methods, and mobile devices implementing the methods, use application-specific and/or application-type specific classifier to improve the efficiency and performance of a comprehensive behavioral monitoring and analysis system predicting whether a software application is causing undesirable or performance depredating behavior. The application-specific and application-type specific classifier models may include a reduced and more focused subset of the decision nodes that are included in a full or more complete classifier model that may be received or generated in the mobile device. The locally generated application-specific and/or application-type specific classifier models may be used to perform real-time behavior monitoring and analysis operations by applying the application-based classifier models to a behavior/feature vector generated by monitoring mobile device behavior. The various aspects focus monitoring and analysis operations on a small number of features that are most important for determining whether operations of a software application are contributing to undesirable or performance depredating behavior.

    摘要: Methods, apparatuses, systems, and computer-readable media for integrating sensation functionalities into social networking services and/or applications are presented. According to one or more aspects, a computing device may receive a status update associated with a social networking service, and the status update may include haptic data. Subsequently, the computing device may cause haptic feedback to be provided to at least one user of the social networking service, based at least in part on the haptic data and the at least one user's relationship with a sender of the status update within the social networking service. In at least one arrangement, first haptic feedback is provided to the user if the user is within a first group of users, and second haptic feedback different from the first haptic feedback is provided to the user if the user is within a second group of users different from the first group of users.
