    摘要： A method of managing a new uplink (UL) grant to a mobile communication device includes: receiving a new UL grant from a first communication network for a first radio access technology (RAT); determining whether the new UL grant was received during a pre-tune away phase to a second communication network for a second RAT; and inhibiting uplinking of first RAT data to the first communication network during the pre-tune away phase in response to the new UL grant if the new UL grant was received during the pre-tune away phase.
