    摘要： In a stencil sheet clamping construction for clamping a leading end portion (Sa) of a stencil sheet to a stencil printing drum (1), in order to let the leading end portion (Sa) of the stencil sheet be lifted up above an upper surface of a base portion (5) by a floating up of an elastic film belt (13) when the stencil sheet is discharged, without obstructing a smooth advance of the leading end portion of the stencil sheet onto the upper surface of the base portion by the floating up of the elastic film belt against the leading end portion of the stencil sheet when it is mounted to the printing drum, the press plate is set at a half open position of expanding an acute angle against the upper surface of the base portion when the leading end portion of the stencil sheet is mounted.
