The present invention is directed to a stencil printing machine in which a printing stencil is obtained from a stencil paper (S), said stencil printing machine comprising: a stencil making means (6) for processing the stencil paper to obtain a printing stencil; a printing drum (1) having an outer cylindrical surface and clamping means (3,4,5) which clamps the front end portion of the stencil paper thus processed by said stencil making means, said printing drum being turned with the front end portion of the stencil paper clamped with said clamping means to wind the stencil paper on said outer cylindrical surface thereof; a conveying path (14) for conveying the stencil paper which has been processed by said stencil making means towards said printing drum.
