According to the invention, the switch of the solenoid is configured as a changeover contact (54) for a gentle turning of the starter pinion into the ring gear by means of the starter motor. The changeover contact switches the starter motor in the neutral position via a resistor (39) and directly switches to the electric supply (plus 30) in an operation position, whereby the resistor (3) is then deactivated.

摘要： The proposal is for an actuating relay (10) for starting devices of internal combustion engines, the pull-in winding (15) of which is switched on via an auxiliary relay (33). To provide a space-saving economical arrangement and construction of the auxiliary relay, said auxiliary relay (33) is arranged in the contact chamber (35) of the actuating relay (10). One end (34a) of its winding (34) is electrically connected to the magnetic core (18) of the actuating relay (10) conducting earth potentiel and the other end (34b) to a connector (58, 59) secured in the switch cover (19) of the actuating relay (10). To this connector (58, 59), taking the form of a terminal (50), is connected a starting switch for the internal combustion engine in order to switch the actuating relay (10) on via the auxiliary relay (33) built into it.
