    摘要: A method and a device for producing a crimp are described. A crimp blank (3) is thereby plastically deformed by a mould (5). Particularly when the mould (5) is withdrawn (13), both the force that the mould (5) exerts on the crimp blank (3) and the distance x by which the mould (5) is moved are measured. A change in the distance ?x between a position with maximum force Fmax and a position free from forces for the first time provides an indication of an elastic recovery, that is to say a springing back, of the crimp blank (3). This indication represents a measure of the quality of the crimp produced.

    摘要: The invention aims to configure a multipolar electric plug-in connection in such a way that it remains stable under operating conditions, even when subjected to vibrational stress, in particular during the operation of an internal combustion engine. The plug-in connection (11) is formed by the coupling of a first plug-in connector (12) with a second plug-in connector (13). A first compression element (31) and a second compression element (32) are mounted onto a contact carrier (15) which forms part of a housing (14) of the first plug-in connector (12). Said compression elements (31, 32) exert a radial and axial tension on the two plug-in connectors (12, 13) when said connectors (12, 13) are joined. This prevents contact elements (18) and contact parts (21) that are mounted and contacted in the fixed plug-in connectors (12, 13) from moving in relation to one another. The plug-in connection (11) is preferably designed for use in the automotive industry.
