摘要： A barley β-amylase structural gene having the base sequence described in SEQ ID NO:1 in Sequence Listing; another barley β-amylase structural gene having the base sequence described in SEQ ID NO:2 in Sequence Listing; and a plasmid containing the base sequence described in SEQ ID NO:1 or 2 in Sequence Listing.
