摘要： A resting bed comprises a perimetric frame (2) formed with section members (3, 4) each of which exhibits, in cross section, a side wall (10) provided at the upper part thereof with a grip lug (14a) projecting towards the inner part of the perimetric frame (2) for operative engagement with grip tailpieces (17) carried by accessory elements (15, 16, 19).
Associated with said side wall (10) is a curvilinear supporting wall (11) oriented towards the outside of the perimetric frame (2) and offering a curvilinear supporting surface (11a) for abutment portions (18) carried by the accessory elements (15, 16) movable along the section members (3, 4). The vertical wall (10) also has further projecting wings (25, 26) and tailpieces (31) defining respective housings for the operating engagement of spring support staves (7) and bedposts (5).
