摘要: Provided are a silicon oxide-based negative electrode active material for a secondary battery, a method of producing the same, and a negative electrode for a secondary battery including the same. The present exemplary embodiment provides a negative electrode active material for a secondary battery including: a silicon oxide particle including a metal silicate; and a hydrocarbon coating layer on the silicon oxide particle, wherein a peak Pa is detected in 2880 cm-1 to 2950 cm-1 and a peak Pb is detected in 2800 cm-1 to 2865 cm-1 in FT-IR spectral analysis of the negative electrode active material. According to the exemplary embodiment, the hydrocarbon coating layer having a specific composition is prepared on the silicon oxide particle to prevent elution of residual metal in the silicon oxide particle to increase slurry stability, and in particular, even when the slurry is left for a long time, slurry gas emission may be significantly decreased to increase slurry stability.

摘要: An anode active material for a secondary battery according to an embodiment includes comprising a lithium-silicon oxide particle that contains Li 2 Si 2 O 5 and has a phase fraction ratio of 1.0 or less. A content of lithium elements on a surface of the lithium-silicon oxide particle measured through an X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) analysis based on the total number of atoms on the surface of the lithium-silicon oxide particle measured through the XPS analysis is 10 atomic% or less.
