The invention relates to a porous organic polymer capable of adsorbing gas of the general formula (II), characterized in that it comprises ultramicropores having pore size lower than 7 Angstrom (Å). The invention also relates to the method of preparing the porous organic polymer capable of adsorbing gas of formula (II) and the use of said polymer in a method of storing a gas preferably selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, methane and carbon dioxide.
