摘要： A preprocessing step is performed in which a concentration information of a cell C1 I in a biological sample is acquired by optically measuring a predetermined cell C1 contained in the biological sample flowing in a flow cell 45, and the biological sample is subjected to concentration adjustment of the cell C1 based on the acquired concentration information to prepare a measurement sample. Even when the concentrations of measurement target cells of the respective biological samples are highly varied, measurement samples suitable for the analysis of the measurement target cells can be favorably prepared, and the measurement target cells can be analyzed accurately.

摘要： A method for measuring an enzyme activity, which comprises: (1) a step of introducing a sample containing an enzyme to be determined to a column packed with a loading material comprising a water-insoluble support and, immobilized on the support, an antibody recognizing the enzyme to be determined, to thereby capture the enzyme with the above antibody, (2) a step of introducing a substrate for the enzyme into the above column, to react the enzyme captured by the above antibody with the above substrate, and (3) a step of detecting the product formed by the above reaction. The above method allows the measurement of an enzyme activity with good reaction efficiency without delay.
