Surfaces (121a) are formed at the ends to slope toward the internal space (122) so that the disc (130) is located in an upper portion (110) of the internal space (122) and the pair of elastic protrusions (121) support the disc (130) and the disc (130) descends on the surfaces (121a) when the pair of elastic protrusions (121) are opened and the disc (130) is then located in a lower portion of the internal space (122).
