Since the degradation of performance due to inter-carrier interference can not be prevented by only the phase error estimation using cyclic prefix performed in a conventional time domain, the present invention can improve the signal reception performance of a receiver by reducing the influence of the inter-carrier interference by a method for estimating and compensating a phase error in various sections in a symbol using a time domain signal in a time domain when the present invention is applied.
