摘要: According to various embodiments of the present invention, an antenna device includes a reflector wherein first cross-sections cut in parallel to a first direction have a profile of a parabolic, and second cross-sections cut perpendicularly to the first direction to intersect perpendicularly to the first cross-sections have a profile of a hyperbolic; and a radiation structure having at least one phase antenna array that illuminates at least a portion of the reflector to scan a beam, wherein the parabolic profile ends of the first cross-sections are directed toward the radiation structure, and the hyperbolic profile ends of the second cross-sections are formed to face a direction away from the radiation structure. The above-described antenna device may vary according to embodiments.

摘要: A device for controlling transmission of electromagnetic waves according to the present disclosure includes: a conductor line which is positioned on a signal layer and through which electromagnetic waves received via an input terminal travel; a ground layer electrically separated from the signal layer through a dielectric layer and electrically grounded; a shunt via including a first end and a second end and connected to the conductor line through the first end; and a photoconductive semiconductor connected between the second end of the shunt via and the ground layer and having a dielectric state or a conducting state, based on an input of an optical signal, wherein the conductor line is electrically connected to the ground layer via the shunt via and the photoconductive semiconductor in the conducting state, thereby causing reflection of electromagnetic waves from the shunt via.

The wireless a communication device includes a housing having a conductive structure, a millimeter wave (mmWave) antenna havinga plurality of antenna elements, the mmWave antenna being disposed within the housing, and a leaky-wave radiator having at least one opening formed in the conductive structure of the housing. An electromagnetic field generated by the mmWave antenna may be radiated outside of the housing of the wireless communication device through the leaky-wave radiator. The wireless communication device and/oran electronic device may be diversified according to embodiments.

摘要: According to various embodiments of the present invention, an antenna unit comprises: a dielectric substrate; a dielectric cover arranged on an upper portion of the dielectric substrate; an antenna array including antenna elements arranged on the dielectric substrate, and forming a traveling wave propagated by the dielectric substrate and the dielectric cover; and at least one element of spatial matching which is arranged in a space formed in the dielectric substrate, spatially matches the dielectric cover, and is coupled to at least one of the antenna elements. The element of spatial matching may be formed to spatially match the antenna array and the dielectric cover and reduce reflection of traveling waves propagated from the antenna array to travel to the dielectric cover. Other embodiments of the present invention are possible.
