摘要: In a solar module (1) of the present invention, the ratio (T2/T1) of a thickness (T2) of a rear surface-side filling material layer (25b) at the end surface to a thickness (T 1) of a rear surface-side filling material layer (25b) in a region where a solar cell (22) is provided is set smaller than the ratio (T4/T3) of a thickness (T4) of a light receiving surface-side filling material layer (25a) at the end surface to a thickness (T3) of the light receiving surface-side filling material layer (25a) in a region where the solar cell (22) is provided. Consequently, entry of water into a filling material layer (25) from the end surface of the filling material layer (25) is effectively suppressed, and improved humidity resistance is achieved.

摘要: A solar battery module and manufacturing method for a solar battery module having improved output are provided. The solar battery module 1 is a transparent substrate 10, transparent resin layer 13b, solar battery cell 12, colored resin layer 13a and back sheet 11 laminated in this order. The light-receiving surface 12a of the solar battery cell 12 faces the transparent resin layer 13b side. The backside 12b of the solar battery cell faces the colored resin layer 13a. The MFR [melt flow rate] of the transparent resin layer 13b is lower than the MFR of the colored resin layer 13a.

The transparent layer (22) and the colored layer (21) are disposed such that: in a space between the adjacent solar cells (11), the front surface position of the colored layer (21), said front surface position being on the light receiving surface side, is on the side further toward the light receiving surface side than the positions of the rear surfaces of the solar cells (11); and the transparent layer and the colored layer have side surfaces raised along rear surface-side corner portions of the solar cells (11), said side surfaces being on the side further toward the rear surface than the light receiving surface.
