摘要: The aim of the invention is to obtain uniform section (4) lengths for the three common spindle gauges of a ring frame: 82.5 mm, 75 mm and 70 mm. To achieve this, a section length of 1,650 mm is used and 68.75 mm is employed instead of 75 mm for the smallest spindle gauge (9). The section length of 1,650 mm can thus be divided exactly by the three respective spindle gauges 82.5 mm, 75 mm and 68.75 mm.

摘要: The aim of the invention is to secure several spindles (4) from being unintentionally pulled out of the bearing housings (3) thereof while preventing accidental contact with the running tangential belt (6) on single-component ring spinning frames. Said aim is achieved with the aid of an elbow (9) that is provided with a horizontal leg (10) and a vertical leg (11). The vertical leg (11) of said elbow (9) encompasses recesses (12) which are penetrated by the spindles and extend all the way to the horizontal leg. The recesses that extend to the horizontal leg protrude into peripheral grooves (14) of the spindles and secure the same against being unintentionally pulled off. The flaps (13) of the vertical leg which extend between the recesses are located in front of the tangential belt and prevent the same from being accidentally touched.

摘要: According to the invention, the assembly of spindle bearing housings (1) and pressure rollers (12) on ring spinners may be simplified, whereby the pressure rollers are pre-assembled on the spindle bearing housings. Adjustment aids are provided which permit an adjustment between the spindle bearing housing and pressure rollers on said pre-assembly. The adjustment aids, permitting an adjustment o the pressure roller in the direction of the applied pressure of the tangential belt (11), comprise a separation gauge (19), which may be inserted between a support surface (18') on the support (16) of the pressure roller and a support surface (18) on the spindle bearing housing. The adjustment aid, permitting an adjustment of the pressure roller in the direction of the mid-plane (20) between two spindles, comprises several grooves (22) lying perpendicular to the running direction of the tangential belt, in which a spring (25), arranged on the support of the pressure roller, engages.
