    摘要: The invention relates to a compressive crimping device for a synthetic multi-threaded yarn. The thread is compressed by a texturing device to form a tangle of thread. Said tangle of thread is subsequently cooled by means of a cooling device and unraveled to form a crimped thread.The tangle of thread runs through a heating area in the transition area between the texturing device and the cooling device, said heating area being essentially defined by the distance between the tangle outlet of the texturing device and a tangle receiving element of the cooling device. According to the invention, a means of adjustment is provided in order to adjust the distance between the tangle outlet and the element receiving said tangle.

    摘要: The invention relates to a method and a device for producing a crimped composite thread, wherein the inventive method consists in extruding, cooling and in drawing several yarns in the form of a plurality of strand filaments and in jointly crimping them in order to obtain a crimped composite thread.     摘要: The invention relates to a device for the compression crimping of a synthetic multifilament yarn, said device comprising a transport nozzle and a compression chamber. Said transport nozzle comprises a yarn channel by which means a yarn is guided to a compression chamber. Said compression chamber forms a section having a gas-permeable chamber wall, between a yarn inlet and an enmeshment outlet. According to the invention, the gas-permeable chamber wall comprises a friction surface consisting of material which is resistant to wear, on the inner side facing the yarn enmeshment. The constancy of the braking action produced by the friction on the yarn enmeshment can thus be significantly improved.

    摘要: The invention relates to a method and a device for spinning and crimping a synthetic thread. According to the invention a bundle of filaments is spun from a polymer melt and is compressed to form a thread plug. The thread plug is guided and cooled at a cooling speed in a moving cooling groove inside a cooling section and is disentangled after the cooling process to form the crimped thread, the latter being wound into a bobbin. The aim of the invention is to cool the thread plug sufficiently to obtain the highest possible degree of crimping in a stable thread. To achieve this, according to the invention, the length of the cooling section and the cooling speed of the thread plug are selected in such a way that the thread plug is cooled in the cooling groove for at least 1 second. The width of the inventive cooling nut is dimensioned in such a way that the thread plug can be guided in a meandering manner in the form of several superposed layers.
